Bush nominates Dian Parkinson for Supreme Court on Playaz' recommendation
Following Harriett Miers's recent withdrawal of her nomination to replace Sandra Day O'Connor on the U.S. Supreme Court, President Bush followed the Playaz' recommendation and nominated former Price Is Right model Dian Parkinson in Miers's place.

Parkinson will face the Senate Judicial Committee with the backing of not only the Playaz, but of Larry Holmes and Kenny Rogers.
"I expect Ms. Parkinson to be approved by the Senate very quickly," President Bush stated. "Her knowledge of the Constitution is unsurpassed, as well her ability to fairly award 'prizes' to those who come before the court, thanks to her experience on The Price Is Right," the President added.

So true, Cube - and imagine winning the Supreme Court Showcase Showdown! What a celebration it will be for the parties involved. Clarence Thomas will certainly love it. It is only going to bring this country together.

As I so often do while watching TPiR, I'm secretly rooting for her to fail, just so I can hear the "you lose" sound effect.

Hmmm. I wonder what she will be wearing under the robe...
Sargent salutes this nomination!

Hell no! I'm protesting this nomination. She's going to be a total activist judge on sexual harassment issues. She'll be legislating from the bench within a month!

Calm down, AUA...she is in the Playaz back pocket, believe me. The Playaz and Kenny have sat her down about all the harassment nonsense she put Bob Barker through, and that will not even be an issue at this point.
Kenny holds an ace up his sleeve with an old voice message from her involving Kenny's "1-900" phone sex days. No way will she break ranks.

Relax people. You see what happened to the President when he failed to consult with the Playaz on the Miers's nomination? Dian might be doing some things from the bench, but legislating aint one of them. This was the logical, and only choice the President could make.

I see nothing more just that issues such as "Roe v. Wade" or stem cell research coming down to a game of Plinko.
Cheerio, Dian. Best of luck.

The only logical choice. Break down the walls of partisanship and a fantastically stylish knack for presenting over-priced grocery items like Rice-o-Roni, the San Francisco Treat. Bravo, GW. Bravo.
