The Answer to yesterday's question:

Yes, that's right. But not to fear, readers, all is well. Comforted by the steady hands of former heavyweight champion of the world Larry Holmes, I had a colonoscopy due to some complications recently with my digestive tract.
Larry detected some heavy pockets of cheeto residue that had built up in my system, and advised that it could easily be flushed out with bourbon and comet dust.

Glad you are okay. Will the colonoscopy be on the next Playaz Ball DVD?

Any time a gentle hand is needed in a medical situation, especially involving the colon, The Champ is always the first to come to mind.

This is why I don't eat Cheetos.
Doritos... well, you got me there.

Glad you are well. As they say--the prep is worse than the procedure!

You are correct about that, RG. I remember nothing of the procedure itself.
The day before was horrible, plus the day of the lady could not get the IV in, fishing the needle around my vein for 15 minutes.
As you can see in the photo in the post above, I more than made up for not being able to eat anything for 36 hrs.

glad to hear you are revovering after the exploration up your chimney. How did the George Dickel fare upon your recovery?
Posted by: the beav at October 9, 2006 12:13 PM
Quite well, thank you - it was given to me intravenously.

I thought the comet dust was to be taken BEFORE the colonoscopy...you know, so you don't feel the insertion.

Sorry to hear that you had to have surgery Phil, but I'm glad you are doing well... Take care, and get well soon. The Playaz wouldn't be the same without ya. :)
